At NextSwing, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

NextSwing is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. NextSwing is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, it will not be reshipped or refunded.


Lost or Stolen Packages

NextSwing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo proof of the damage, including the packaging. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not controlled by NextSwing and are non-refundable.
