Return & Refund Policy

At NextSwing, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

No Physical Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not require customers to send items back. Please do not return products to us, as they will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to help.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos showing the issue, including the product and packaging

Photo evidence will be used in place of physical returns to verify the claim.

Refunds or Replacements

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • We may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Items Not Eligible for Refunds

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents

  • Incorrect sizing or personal preference

  • Orders submitted outside the claim window
